4. Electrical Panel Photos
Your electrical panel photo is transmitted to a third-party vision API for automated analysis. We retain panel photos only as long as necessary to generate your report and for a reasonable period thereafter for quality assurance and dispute resolution. We do not sell panel photos or use them for purposes unrelated to the Service.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to:
- Maintain session state during your assessment
- Enforce rate limits (limiting free scans per IP address)
- Operate invisible CAPTCHA for bot prevention
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the Service
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent certain features of the Service from functioning properly.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following categories of third-party providers, solely as necessary to operate the Service:
Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc. receives your email address and payment information to process transactions and issue refunds.
Image Analysis: A vision API provider receives your panel photo to extract electrical panel data. The provider processes the image on our behalf and does not retain it for its own purposes.
CAPTCHA / Abuse Prevention: A CAPTCHA provider (such as Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA) may collect device and interaction data to distinguish legitimate users from bots.
Hosting and Infrastructure: Our hosting provider stores and transmits your data as part of normal server operations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and restricted access to stored data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
