All sales are final. Each report costs $14.99 and is delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for completed reports.
If your panel photo is unreadable and we cannot generate a report, you are automatically refunded. No action is required on your part. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. The maximum refund amount is $14.99.
